Job summary

A multinational manufacturing company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with labor laws while managing performance and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields with strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in HR systems like HR2000 and SAP (SuccessFactors) is essential. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, and familiarity with Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR roles within a commercial or multinational setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise or mentor team members.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and other HR compliance matters.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Manage performance management systems and guide managers.
  • Handle employee relations and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and review HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Coordinate training and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Provide HR reports and analytics for strategic decision-making.
