Job summary

A leading intelligent manufacturing company in Sepang, Selangor is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and demonstrate strong communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws, administering payroll, and maintaining employee records. Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant working experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and Employment Act.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process including job postings and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding process including training and documentation.
• Prepare and process payroll while ensuring compliance.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related grievances.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
• Prepare HR reports for management review.
