Job summary

A leading dining group in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives across various dining brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and experience in the F&B industry. Responsibilities include developing business plans, overseeing multi-brand operations, and engaging stakeholders. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience. This role offers opportunities for project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, ideally within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in multi-outlet or multi-brand growth strategy is highly preferred.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to expand market share and revenue streams.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to brand heads to drive profitability.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations on brand promotions and campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and business reports for management.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution for new outlet openings.
