Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering.
• Experience in education/childcare/multi-site operations an advantage.
• Able to simplify financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to develop budgets and financial models.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare financial reports for senior management.
