Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Financial Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner to the commercial and plant teams.
• Establish robust financial controls and frameworks.
• Responsible for periodic product costing set-up.
• Review and monitor plant- and product-related expenses.
• Ensure budget adherence and expenditure alignment.
• Collaborate with the commercial team for profitability enhancement.
• Provide commentary on budget variances and report to the business.
• Lead the budget and forecast cycle efficiently.
• Evaluate NPD pricing, margins, and promotions.
• Monitor key financial metrics and update management.
