Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Finance, with significant exposure to FP&A, Performance Management, and/or Financial Reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing a high-performing team.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
