• Minimum 5 years in contract review and negotiation.
• Experience in both private practice and in-house legal work preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage contract review, negotiation, and execution.
• Identify legal and commercial risks in contracts.
• Act as primary contact for sales representatives on contract matters.
• Maintain accurate contract records and processes.
