Job summary

A leading real estate services firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Services Manager for commercial fit-out projects. This role involves developing business strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and ensuring successful deliveries in line with client expectations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in commercial fit-out or hospitality. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales, Client Services or Business Development capacity.
  • Experience in commercial fit-out, real estate or hospitality industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies focused on commercial fit-out projects.
  • Identify new market segments and client opportunities.
