Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Record and verify the specifications and quantities of items received, returned, or delivered against the corresponding documents.
  • Arrange items for loading onto trucks and for transfer to the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of lorry drivers’ details and truck numbers.
  • Confirm and issue Delivery Orders through the company’s ERP system.
  • Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping of the store area.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in inventory control and stock checking.
  • Ability to operate a forklift; valid certification is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with basic computer applications, including MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
