Qualifications

• Possessed at least Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.
• 2-3 years of working experiences in retail operations management/related field.
• Computer literacy skill needed: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Team.
• Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products and services advertised are correct and updated.
• Train team members to ensure assets are in good condition.
• Participate in maintaining safety and security equipment.
• Organize training to improve professional skills of the team.
• Adhere to store budgeted expenditure.
• Ensure returning of goods follows procedures.
