Morelux Lighting (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Store Keeper Executive to join our team in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. This full-time position is responsible for managing and maintaining our warehouse operations to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials and goods.

What you'll be doing
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods and materials
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are aligned with demand
  • Handling the processing of purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to facilitate timely deliveries
  • Coordinating the physical movement and location of items within the warehouse
  • Supervising and training warehouse staff to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy
  • Implementing and adhering to warehouse management policies and procedures
  • Generating reports on inventory, stock movements, and other key metrics
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a store keeper or warehouse management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory control software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Forklift operation certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to speak and understand Mandarin will be an advantage for liaising with our China counterparts
