Store Assistant (Resin Manufacturing) – Join Our Operational Team!

We’re looking for a responsible and proactive Store Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in our resin manufacturing facility. If you enjoy hands‑on work, value organisation, and want a stable career in manufacturing, this role is perfect for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive Delivery Orders (DO) from the Sales Coordinator and check outgoing materials accordingly.
• Maintain an accurate Daily Incoming and Outgoing Stock List.
• Issue materials to the Production Department in a timely and accurate manner.
• Check all incoming/unloaded stocks against DOs and arrange them properly in the warehouse.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) based on customer requirements.
• Conduct stock checks as needed.
• Perform weekly forklift condition checks and ensure safe operation.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and organisation through strong 5S practices.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by your Superior.
