• Responsible for sales growth and customer development of assigned market sector.
• Lead and train a team in penetrating target markets and meeting sales targets.
• Implement stringent credit control to minimize company's credit risk exposure.
• Strategize and track sales process management and forecasting.
• Develop and communicate company's goals and results to personnel.
• Propose and review annual business plan with sales team members.
• Build and maintain effective communication channels between sales management and departments.
• Ensure resolution of the team's orders, enquiries, and complaints satisfactorily.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive customer and company data.
