Job summary

A healthcare provider in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a State Registered Nurse for its Outpatient Department. Job description
State Registered Nurse, Outpatient Department

To assist doctor and chaperone patient during clinic session and carry out doctor’s order.

Monitor and perform checks on admission documentation for procedure/surgery (Direct/Pre admission) done by Clinic Assistant’s and to proceed with admission reporting.

Monitor daily appointment booking for new patient and follow up.

Collect Feedback forms from new and follow up patient to maintain and improve hospital standard.

Assess and send critical patient to Emergency Department.

Perform 12 lead ECG as doctor’s order.

Charging consumable and consignment items accordingly.

Compliance of treatment room cleaning according to Infection Control protocols.

Documentation on wound progress (wound chart).

Practice good service standards with patient and relative, visitors, superiors, colleagues, subordinates and inter departmental staff.

Perform any other duties assigned by your superiors and management from time to time.
