Renesas is hiring a Staff Test Engineer for the System Attach PMIC (SAP) business unit to lead new product test development from concept to high-volume production. This role works closely with design and applications teams to define test modes, execute characterization, and ensure products meet Renesas’ quality standards. You will be involved throughout the NPI process - feasibility, DFT, hardware design, device bring‑up, ATE characterization, and production release - while driving improvements in efficiency, yield, and cost.
