A leading semiconductor company in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR professional to develop and implement industrial relations strategies. This role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, promoting a positive work environment, and maintaining accurate records related to industrial relations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 5 years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of labor laws.
