Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in related industry and in mass production environment.
• Experience in a fiber optic transceiver manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish the process capability and the capacity/productivity model.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process.
• Responsible for the process yields of the designated process.
