To maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and be neatly groomed and attired at all times while at work.

To ensure the highest standards of subordinates’ personal hygiene, proper grooming and properly attired at all times while at work by setting commendable examples.

To maintain good relationship and be able to project the spirit of excellent customer service and positive attitude when representing the hospital.

To promote the hospital’s brand name and services internally and externally.

To develop a team with high level of competency, efficiency, effectiveness and integrity.

To provide assistance and advice to customers whenever is necessary in regards to the hospital’s services.

To communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.

To provide support and reassurance to patients, taking into account their physical and psychological needs.

To observe the Nurses Act 1950 (Act 14) and Nurse Registration Regulation 1985.

Requirements:

Education / LJM / licenses/ certifications / experience required to fulfill the essential duties as required / Registered Nurse with post basic; including computer skills as required.

Registered as a general nurse with Malaysia Nursing Board.

Current practicing certificate.

Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to create presentations and use the Internet effectively required.
