Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out high standards of nursing care and treatment of patients.
• Planning and managing patient care in the department to fulfill and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Perform or carry out nursing care according to the hospital’s Policies and Procedures.
• Provide supervision and guidance towards junior nurses to ensure a high standard of nursing care.
• Responsible for total patient care, including medication, orders, and treatments.
• Assists the physicians in performing any procedures.
• Provides leadership in the interpretation and application of the philosophy and objective of nursing service in assigned areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Preferable candidate with Post Basic in Oncology, Midwifery, Perioperative, Infection Control, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Nurse (CCN), and Special Care Nursery (SCN).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Valid Annual Practicing License and registered with Malaysia Nursing Board.
