Job summary

A leading bank in Malaysia is seeking a Private Wealth Relationship Manager to service high-net-worth customers with an AUM of RM 1,000,000. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in managing client portfolios and providing financial advice. The role includes promoting investment products, acquiring new clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. This full-time position also requires the IPPC certification.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Private Wealth customers (AUM - RM 1,000,000).
  • Promote the Bank's investment & deposit products and services to Private Wealth customers.
  • Actively acquire New-to-Private Wealth (NTPW) customers.
  • Provide fast and convenient off-site banking services to all clients.
  • Run Private Wealth activities to increase membership and deposit sales.
  • Build and maintain relationship with Private Wealth customers.
  • Respond to queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Identify and share new ideas and approaches to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Participate in continuous professional development program.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory framework / guidelines and the Group’s policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • A degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing client portfolios, providing financial advice and working closely with high-net-worth individuals.
  • The applicant must have the IPPC.
