Responsibilities

1. Assist dentist in all dental procedures.
2. Perform a variety of reception duties: welcome patients at front desk and on the telephone, make appointments and registration, answer telephone calls, coordinate patient flow, make calls reminding for appointments and follow-up after treatment, maintain patient records, data entry duties and ensure patients fully settle the bills.
3. Perform sterilization of dental instruments & prepare tools for treatment.
4. Caring for patients during and after dental procedures.
5. Maintain adequate stocks for dental procedures.
6. Perform dental receptionist work.
7. With or without experience. Training provided. Salary based on experience. 1-2 years’ experience will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Able to speak BM & English well.
• Cheerful & vibrant personality.
• Must be able to work at USJ 214.
• SPM/STPM or Diploma.
• Language Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Nationality Preferred: Malaysians Only.
