Position Title – Senior Technical Training Executive, ATTC

Job Location – Selangor, Malaysia

About the Role

Dynamic and experienced trainers are dedicated to enhancing skills and knowledge through engaging, interactive learning experiences.

Typical Day Responsibilities
  • Deliver training sessions in classroom, on‑site, or virtual settings, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Design training curriculum and develop training programs that align with organizational goals, incorporate industry trends and best practices, and produce course materials and lesson plans.
  • Collaborate with external subject‑matter experts to enhance programs and build professional networks.
  • Support revenue generation by positioning training offerings effectively and promoting programs through various channels.
  • Work with various departments to align training with business objectives and specific team needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments by working with managers and leaders to identify gaps and tailor programs.
  • Deliver knowledge checks via assessments and evaluations; measure participant progress using tests, practical exercises, and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, assessment results, and other documentation.
  • Commit to continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends, acquiring new certifications, and participating in relevant training.
The Essential Requirements of the Job
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering with 7+ years of experience in instrumentation or the water‑related industry.
  • Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or seminars.
  • Additional professional certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Strong marketing skills and a mindset to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Personality and interpersonal skills: passionate about training, friendly and approachable, team‑orientated, adaptable, and knowledgeable.
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia and APAC.
