Job summary

A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled developer to design, develop, and maintain SWIFT applications. The candidate will ensure compliance with SWIFT standards and manage payment processing using FIN and ISO 20022 formats. Responsibilities include collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications, performing system configuration for SWIFT applications, and working with cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of Swift Solutions and relevant scripting languages are necessary for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Swift Solutions, MTxxx formats, ISO20022.
• Experience in Shell Scripting.
• Strong experience in Swift Solutions (AMH/AMG/SAG).

Job description

• Design, develop, and maintain SWIFT applications and interfaces, ensuring compliance with SWIFT standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SWIFT messaging and connectivity solutions.
• Implement and support SWIFT payment processing, including FIN and ISO 20022 messaging formats.
• Perform system configuration for SWIFT applications, including message templates and routing settings
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective integration of SWIFT processes within the overall banking operations.

• Experience in Shell Scripting
• Nice to have: 1. Application Servers: JBoss 2. Web Server: Apache 3. Citrix Environment
• Good to have RHEL (or other equivalent Linux distro like SUSE Linux)
