Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts payable and related accounting tasks (bank booking, invoice matching, supplier records).
  • Scrutinize supplier ledgers to ensure accurate postings and coding.
  • Review and provide feedback on accounting entries.
  • Ensure timely posting and review of bank transactions.
  • Recommend best practices, automation, and process improvements for efficiency and transparency.
  • Share weekly/monthly updates and KPIs with SMT.
  • Review team performance and support annual evaluations.
  • Supervise, mobilize, and coordinate team members effectively.
  • Document and present work to clients.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • ACCA/CA/CPA qualified 1–2 years or Master’s in Business/Finance 3–4 years’ experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, ERP systems.
  • Offshore company experience preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, deadline-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player and independent contributor.
