Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our Group Human Resources team. This role will focus on end to end recruitment delivery for critical roles while also contributing to process enhancements and analytics initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness of the overall Talent Acquisition function.

The ideal candidate has 8 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition with exposure to stakeholder management, process enhancements, and recruitment data insights.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Core)
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and critical positions ensuring a professional and seamless candidate experience
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand workforce needs advising on talent availability and market competitiveness
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies including talent mapping to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Represent the employer brand effectively in the talent market and deliver a high touch candidate journey
Process Enhancement
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects such as process improvement digital adoption or governance enhancements
  • Contribute to project planning milestone tracking and coordination across teams to ensure successful implementation
Analytics and Insights
  • Timely updates on recruitment activity, pipeline health, and process efficiency.
  • Analyze recruitment data to uncover patterns, highlight areas for enhancement, and inform strategy.
  • Provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders to support effective workforce planning and evidence-based decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business or related field
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment with exposure to project management or analytics considered an advantage
  • Strong track record managing all levels of hiring in a corporate or regional environment
  • Proficiency in recruitment systems (ATS HRIS) and Microsoft Excel Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills
