Specialist/ Engineer - Industrial Engineering

Your Responsibilities

• Perform time study and establish standard operation time (SOT) for each process.
• Develop and maintain process capacity and line balancing analysis.
• Support NPI and engineering change with manpower and cycle time studies.
• Conduct bottleneck analysis and propose improvement actions.
• Assist in layout improvement, motion study, and method optimization.
• Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure smooth line loading and output achievement.
• Monitor and report OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and productivity metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost‑saving projects.
• Maintain proper documentation for all time study and process analysis reports.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing IE role.
• Skilled in time study, capacity planning, and process analysis.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other IE‑related tools
• Strong analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work in fast‑paced and dynamic production environments.
