Job Responsibilities
  • Spare Parts And Service Coordinator
  • To support the sales and services department and assisting customer inquiries.
  • To work closely with other departments within the organizations in all customer related affairs.
  • To liaise and coordinate with team pertaining to customer order.
  • To perform miscellaneous admin duties such as taking incoming calls.
  • To provide excellent customer service to all customer, in person and on phone and to handle customer's complaints.
  • To ensure that all incoming and out going shipment are cleared.
  • Follow-up with Head office for spare parts quotation and open orders.
  • Able to adapt and cooperate with superior to achieve the department target.
  • Follow up for payment collection spare part and services.
Job Requirements
  • SPM/Minimum Certificate
  • Preferably 1-2 years working experience any Industries.
  • Pro-active, motivated and independent.
  • Strong in English communication skills, orally and written.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytic ally and problem solving skills.
  • Languages - English & Bahasa Melayu.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast pacedenvironment.
