Banzen Motors Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and organised Spare Part Counter Clerk to join our team in Melaka. This full‑time role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the distribution of spare parts to our clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Receiving and processing customer orders for spare parts, both in-person and over the phone
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are readily available
  • Preparing and dispatching spare part orders in a timely manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Assisting with stock‑taking and replenishment as needed
  • Collaborating with the wider team to improve operational efficiency
What we’re looking for
  • Prior experience as a Spare Part Counter Clerk or in a similar customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent organisational and multi‑tasking abilities to handle a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in stock management and inventory control
  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and spare part terminology is preferred
