Job Summary: The Spa Therapist provides professional spa treatments and services while maintaining high hotel standards, managing treatment rooms and supplies, handling guest bookings and inquiries, promoting and selling spa products and services, and ensuring accurate sales and administrative reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intensive spa treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments in line with hotel standards.

  • Inspect and prepare treatment rooms before shifts and prior to each service.

  • Ensure adequate stock of guest amenities, towels, robes, and treatment supplies.

  • Assess guest needs, diagnose skin types, and recommend suitable treatments.

  • Explain treatment benefits, procedures, and product details to guests.

  • Deliver treatments with attention to detail for a relaxing guest experience.

  • Promote and sell spa products and upsell treatments to guests.

  • Manage bookings, guest records, and respond to inquiries promptly.

  • Monitor and replenish supplies, process requisitions, and track fast-moving items.

  • Operate POS and Opera systems, process payments, and prepare sales reports.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in oral and written English.

  • Physical Therapy graduate or a graduate of any medical-related course.

  • Pleasant, effective social skills.

  • Physically fit and articulate.
