Job description

All applicants must exhibit an approachable and enthusiastic demeanor through body language, eye contact, and verbal dialogue. This position requires professional telephone etiquette, compliance with hotel terminology and Breeze protocol, and the ability to provide phone sales and up‑selling.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly and effective manner.
  • Confirm reservations for spa services.
  • Assist with group scheduling.
  • Ensure all treatment areas are professionally maintained in accordance with Breeze guidelines and standards.
  • Stay current on all relevant certifications.
  • Assist in upkeep of FIT Center and arrange for maintenance service as needed.
  • Know all spa services and pricing, including retail items.
  • Build initial client profiles and provide personal attention to guests.
  • Escort guests to appropriate service areas (massage, nail stations, etc.) and address additional details.
  • Develop a professional rapport with each guest to build trust and brand loyalty.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to provide guests with requested information.
  • Resolve guest challenges with effective and imaginative problem solving.
  • Ensure guests feel comfortable and upheld Breeze philosophy.
  • Practice sanitation and safety guidelines provided by the Department of Health and the hotel.
Qualifications
  • Hold Spa Manager License from Ministry of Public Health.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain required local government licenses, certificates, or permits.
  • Previous experience in spas, hotels, administration or customer service (preferred).
  • Fluent communication in English and the primary workplace language, both verbally and non‑verbally.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.
  • Independent work style with initiative and minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
  • Highly organized and able to multi‑task within a team.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and competent in learning new software programs.
  • Maintain working knowledge of spa reservations system, POS, PMS, and communication systems.
  • Capable of transporting up to 10 kg as needed.
