Description

Your main duties centers on the procedural and personal dimensions as applied in the delivery of the guest experience in the spa, cabanas and hotel rooms. You will:

• Perform professional spa treatments to guests.
• Follow bookings/allocations of treatment task as per appointment book.
• Sell retail products to guests.
• Follow massage steps according to treatment SOPs.
• Assist in inventories and stock takes.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a team-oriented or guest-oriented environment.
• This position is restricted to individuals with the rights to work in Malaysia.
