Job description
Overview

Lead the overall performance of the spa/onsen and aesthetics site, ensuring strong guest experience, operational excellence, compliance, people leadership, and financial performance (P&L responsibility) in line with Management targets and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Performance & P&L: Drive revenue, manage cost controls, staffing efficiency, and KPI performance; prepare monthly reports and action plans for Management.
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Execution: Improve bookings, consultation conversion, packages/memberships, and retail sales; implement approved promotions and partnerships with measurable results.
  • Guest Experience: Own service standards and customer journey; manage escalations and service recovery; improve satisfaction, reviews, and repeat visits.
  • Operations & Compliance: Ensure hygiene, safety, licensing, treatment protocols, documentation, and audit readiness; maintain facility and equipment standards.
  • Leadership & Staffing: Lead Spa Manager and teams; recruit, coach, set targets, and manage performance to maintain high professionalism and service quality.
  • Procurement & Inventory: Oversee vendors, inventory levels, stock governance, and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Strengthen SOPs, productivity, room utilisation, scheduling efficiency, and team capability.
