In this role, you'll lead end-to-end implementations of their complete portfolio, translating complex business requirements into powerful solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client success.

Solution Consultant

What are you going to do?

As a Solution Consultant at Assai, you'll serve as a strategic advisor guiding clients through their digital transformation journey. You'll lead comprehensive implementations spanning project management, business analysis, system configuration, data migration, and user training, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from Assai's solutions.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Advise customers on translating business needs into optimized workflows and industry best practices
• Lead full-lifecycle implementations including project planning, requirements analysis, and solution configuration
• Manage data migration activities and ensure seamless system integration with existing client infrastructure
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation for end-users
• Collaborate with the Product Team to translate customer feedback into product enhancements
• Provide pre‑sales support including professional services quotes and product demonstrations
• Partner with Customer Operations to continuously enhance the overall customer experience
• The role includes (international) travel to customer sites a few times a year.

• Excellent project management, planning, and execution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English communication
