Job summary

A technology services leader is seeking an experienced professional to lead Oracle ERP implementations. This role requires over 15 years of experience in Oracle ERP, including hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies. You will define solution architecture, manage integrations, and guide organizations through transitions to Oracle Cloud. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. This position is based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Oracle ERP implementations and architecture roles.
• Hands-on expertise in both Oracle EBS R12 (Financials, SCM, Projects, HR, or Manufacturing) and Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM/HCM modules).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion Extensibility Frameworks.
• Proven experience on design & end-to-end implementations, upgrades, or migrations from EBS to Fusion Cloud.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle EBS Architecture, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, OAF, Fusion extensibility tools (ADF, VBCS) would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) concepts and architecture is an advantage.
• Experience with data migration, integration design, and security/role-based access control across Oracle platforms.
• Lead the assessment, roadmap, and migration strategy for organizations transitioning from EBS to Oracle Cloud.
• Coordinate with Business & IT leads for business transformation, leveraging Oracle’s best-in-class technologies to deliver integrated, scalable, and secure solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and related business domains.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle ERP ecosystems that include ERP, SCM, HCM, or CX modules.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate functional requirements into robust technical and integration solutions.
• Architect and oversee implementation of integrations between Oracle Fusion/EBS applications and third-party systems using OIC, SOA, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware platforms.
• Design of custom extensions, reports, and workflows using Oracle tools like OAF, BI Publisher, VBCS, APEX etc.
• Evaluate and recommend Oracle Fusion/EBS capabilities and new features to enhance solution value.
• Data migration and synchronization strategies across Oracle Fusion/EBS environments.
• Provide expertise & advise clients, internal teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Oracle Certified Professional – on Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management, solution documentation, communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments.
