Responsibilities

Lead the planning, deployment, and continuous improvement of DHL’s Transport Management System (TMS) and DeliveryConnect solutions across multiple countries. Ensure successful implementation, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with regional product strategy while driving process harmonization and operational excellence.

• Plan and execute end-to-end project activities including scheduling, controlling, reporting, and implementation.
• Deliver project milestones on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for TMS and DeliveryConnect projects, including scope management, gap analysis, functional specifications, design, and UAT support.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; resolve issues and ensure adherence to transition processes.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and vendors; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Design, test, and implement standards for TMS delivery, deployment, and integration components.
• Support product strategy, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and deliver training and knowledge transfer materials for TMS and related applications.
• Collaborate with transport operations, IT teams, and vendors to deploy and enhance TMS and related applications.
• Recommend process improvements and harmonize disparate processes across multiple countries.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in transport supply chain industry.
• Appropriate tertiary and quality-related qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of TMS and related applications (BluJay/E2O preferred).
• Specialist knowledge of software development lifecycle and architectural principles.
• Proven experience in project management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple countries and cultures.
