About the Role:

Sitecore is seeking a Developer to join our Identity team within the Product Development department. You will contribute to building secure, scalable, and high-quality software, working alongside experienced engineers to deliver reliable solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain code for features and bug fixes, ensuring adherence to Sitecore standards.
  • Implement API security measures, addressing common vulnerabilities like SQL Injection, CSRF, and XSS.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high-quality software.
  • Support CI/CD processes, assisting in deployment and automation improvements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team, including senior developers and QA specialists, to deliver functional solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical implementations while ensuring compliance with coding principles.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to iterative development cycles.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Proficiency in C#.NET and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with databases, including relational or NoSQL solutions.
  • Experience with messaging systems aka Confluent Kafka.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of Git, including version control fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing, using frameworks like NUnit or XUnit.
  • Solid understanding of programming principles, such as SOLID, clean code, and refactoring.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with GitHub Actions development and GitHub Workflows.
  • Comfort using development tools such as Visual Studio, VSCode, Resharper, GitHub Copilot or equivalent.
