Overview

Software Project Manager/Director – MRO AMS: Serve as the PD/PM of BSS project delivery, be the first contact person of the customer, and be responsible for the project delivery phase (plan/cost/quality) and customer satisfaction. Streamline front-end sales and back-end O&M to ensure contract and delivery quality. Develop the project operation plan and the project management plan, schedule and coordinate internal and peripheral resources, manage subcontractors, and improve customer satisfaction.

Be responsible for the project scope, progress, cost, delivery quality, project operation results, and profit, including detailed planning in the planning phase and monitoring of progress and delivery in the implementation phase. Ensure project operation compliance with Huawei\'s management regulations and rules.

Qualifications

• Experience with Huawei (or equivalent) solutions is a plus (e.g., NGBSS/BES, CRM, CBS).
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Professional Knowledge: apply project management knowledge across change, communication, financial, risk, progress, scope, and stakeholder management; familiarity with integrated delivery modes in telecom; general knowledge of contracts, subcontracting, procurement, and commercial affairs; familiarity with software solutions such as NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS.
• Teamwork mindset and basic knowledge of telecom industry principles.
