(1) Inquiry Phase (Software)

• Creating a proposal
• Creating a cost table
• Meeting with customer
• Presentation at the customer place

(2) Purchase Order Phase

• Meeting with customer
• Creating detailed specifications, getting customer's approval
• Explaining and handover the detailed specifications to Programmer (PG) team
• Checking a development progress
• Ordering computer equipment
• Determining a production partner
• Determining a development cost and negotiating

(3) Handover Phase

• Meeting with customer
• Attending UA, checking each function with customer

(4) After support Phase

• Reporting a failure cause to customer
• Actual failure correspondence will be handled by PG

(5) Others

• Coordinating with the customer
• Managing Company information system
• Supporting all related teams
