This role involves analyzing social performance data, conducting research, and providing insights to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, strong storytelling abilities, and a deep understanding of social platforms. You will work closely with creative teams to ensure strategic alignment across campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support social-first strategies for clients across campaigns and always-on activity
  • Create social frameworks, content pillars, and rollout plans aligned to audience and platform insights
  • Conduct competitive audits, category research, and cultural trend analysis to inform strategy
  • Analyse social and digital performance data to evaluate content and campaign effectiveness
  • Use social listening tools and platform analytics to uncover meaningful insights
  • Interpret data beyond the numbers, turning analysis into clear recommendations and actions
  • Provide ongoing optimisation recommendations for content and campaign performance
  • Create and maintain reporting templates in Excel and Google Slides, with strong data visualisation
  • Develop clear and compelling strategic narratives for internal teams and clients
  • Write inspiring creative briefs that lead to innovative, social-first ideas
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure strategic alignment across campaigns and always-on content
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with account, creative, and data teams
  • Ensure strategic alignment across all aspects of client work
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and skill development within the strategy team
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media strategy, social planning, or digital strategy
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their strategic applications
  • Experience developing social content strategies and campaign frameworks backed by audience and platform data
  • Strong ability to interpret and apply data insights to inform decision-making
  • Familiarity with audience analysis tools such as Global Web Index and other data sources
  • Experience developing methodologies for research and performance measurement
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to spot flaws or gaps in methods, reports, and plans
  • Comfortable working across different industries and client types
