Social Media Marketing Executive (Contract Based)

We’re looking for a digitally savvy, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to take our brand presence to the next level.

This role is all about creating scroll-stopping content, impactful campaigns, and real engagement that drives awareness, traffic, and conversion for Bata Malaysia.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Storytelling

Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Bring Bata’s products, style, and stories to life through fresh, local, and relatable storytelling.

Campaign Management

Support 360° marketing campaigns — from launch teasers to post-campaign recaps.

Adapt global creative assets with local flair for maximum impact.

Community Engagement

Build and grow our online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and sparking conversations.

Work with KOLs, creators, and micro-influencers to amplify campaigns.

Performance Tracking

Monitor analytics, track campaign KPIs, and prepare monthly performance reports.

Use insights to refine content strategies and boost ROI.

Partner with Marketing, Retail, and Design teams to ensure brand consistency across digital and offline channels.

Manage digital assets and ensure smooth coordination for campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn trends.

Creative mindset with skills in copywriting, visuals, and storytelling.

Bonus if you’re comfortable with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing apps).

Data-driven, detail-oriented, and always on top of what’s trending.
