  • Manage company social platforms:
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • YouTube
    • WhatsApp Broadcast
  • Develop and execute monthly social content calendar.
  • Schedule and publish content according to campaign plans.
  • Monitor comments, messages, audience sentiment, and response rate.
2. Content Development
  • Create engaging and conversion-based content:
    • Posters & digital visuals
    • Short videos/Reels/TikTok content
    • Captions, copywriting, marketing scripts
    • Storyline for video shooting
  • Work with in-house creative team, videographers, influencers, or agencies.
3. Marketing Campaign Execution
  • Support online & offline marketing activities:
    • Product launches
    • Promotional campaigns
    • Brand awareness activities
    • Seasonal campaigns & festive marketing
  • Assist in advertising plans for Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads.
4. Influencer & Collaboration
  • Identify KOLs, influencers and community partners for marketing collaboration.
  • Manage content collaboration execution and tracking.
5. Customer Engagement
  • Respond professionally to enquiries, complaints, and DMs based on brand tone.
  • Coordinate community engagement activities and loyalty programmes.
6. Analytics, Insights & Reporting
