JACAR brand is looking for a passionate Executive, Social Media & Content to grow our digital presence and bring our brand stories to life. If you’re someone who loves creating impactful content, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a flair for connecting with audiences online, this is your chance to shape the voice of a new established brand.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and manage social media calendars (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS).
  • Coordinate photoshoots or UGC-style content for retail promotions, events or collaborations.
  • Engage with community/customers reply to DMs/comments, collaborate with influencers and KOLs.
  • Track engagement metrics and grow organic reach and follower base.
  • Support retail events and activations with content coverage and real-time updates.
What we're looking for
  • 1-2 years of experience in a social media or content marketing role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with a strong understanding of content creation and social media best practices
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
  • Proven ability to analyze social media analytics and turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A creative mindset and keen eye for design, with the ability to produce visually appealing content
  • Excellent eye for design, copywriting, and current digital trends
  • Self starter and independent
  • Skilled in Canva or CapCut
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Bonus: Photography or short-form video editing experience
