Social Media and Content Creator (Remote)

Plan and maintain a structured content schedule that supports overall business objectives and audience needs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and informative material in various formats from articles and blogs to short videos and social posts tailored for professionals and entrepreneurs.
  • Craft messages that capture attention and inspire action through strong narratives and persuasive communication.
  • Design engaging visuals including graphics, short videos, and infographics aimed at driving interaction and generating leads.
  • Publish several posts weekly across key digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Align content with brand and educational goals in partnership with teammates.
  • Track and report on KPIs: audience growth, engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Benchmark competitors and recommend improvements.
  • Run and optimize paid social campaigns.
  • Test creatives and CTAs to boost conversions.
  • Monitor CPL, ROAS, and budgets, sharing insights for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing with a proven portfolio showcasing social media content (posts, videos, campaigns), preferably in coaching, consulting, or education-based businesses.
  • Good English communication.
  • Ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets (graphics and short‑form video).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva) and video editing software (CapCut) for short‑form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and make data‑driven optimization decisions.
  • Independent, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a remote working environment.
  • Hands‑on experience in running and optimizing paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) is a plus.
