A leading sustainable energy solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Social Media Ad Manager to manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in social media advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create engaging ad content. The Social Media Ad Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will analyse performance data, refine targeting, and develop strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of ad performance metrics, audience behaviour, and creative testing to deliver impactful results.
Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Define and implement advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve ad performance and ROI.
Create and manage ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide detailed performance reports.
Adjust campaigns based on performance metrics, A/B testing, and budget utilization.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising.
Manage ad budgets and ensure cost efficiency and optimal results.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align paid and organic social media efforts.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) managing paid social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and other social media ad platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with retargeting campaigns and conversion tracking.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or UTM tracking.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Experience with e-commerce or lead generationcampaigns.
