Job description
SNR SITE SPV/ SITE SPV / C&S SPV/ QAQC PROTEGE/ PROJECT ENGINEER
  • Planning and coordinating for daily site operation.
  • To carry out supervision and monitoring of all construction/installation works.
  • Supervise and control sub‑contractors daily work activities, and ensure material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the work.
  • Monitor sub‑contractors' work progress and ensure they keep up with their approved work schedule.
  • Ensuring all works are carried out as per contract specifications, drawings, PQP requirements, and approved method statements.
  • Ensure all necessary inspections and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.
  • Maintain site diary to record daily activities at the site.
  • Prompt reporting of any non‑conformances to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
  • Ensuring quality of work is always met.
  • Manage, monitor, and control the usage of materials, plants, and machinery.
  • Responsible for closing defect works and Non‑Conformances (NCR / NCP).
  • Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected materials out from site.
  • Ensuring the correct implementation of the works according to technical specification, designs and quality of materials.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years hands‑on working experience in Building Construction or fast‑track project.
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, architectural or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the construction market environment and historic trends.
  • Basic understanding of the operations and processes in the construction industry.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Assist to lead and manage QAQC inspectors and quality control personnel on‑site.
  • To conduct daily QA/QC inspections on work done on site as per approved method statement & follow industrial standard.
  • To coordinate with respective Project Team and other related parties on QA/QC issues.
  • To identify and highlight foreseeable defect issues to Superior and Project Team.
  • To prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately.
  • Compile and submit inspection reports to the QAQC Manager.
  • Ensure all construction activities and materials comply with project specifications, safety regulations, company policies, codes, and standards.
  • Reporting on quality status and issues.
  • Provide recommendations for improving quality processes and implement best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality‑related activities.
  • To identify NCR when required to the related parties when there is Non‑compliance / Defective Works found on site ensure corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  • Support site during the external audit.
3) C&S Supervisor Job Responsibilities
  • Studying the work plan submitted by the contractor and suggests any modifications.
  • To watch and inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawings, technical specifications and bill of quantities.
  • Supervising the works on site in accordance with the contract documents and using the template and procedure established by the consultant.
  • Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected materials out from site.
  • Ensuring the correct implementation of the works according to technical specification, to designs and quality of materials.
  • Checking of layout and setting out of buildings w. r. t. existing structures and site levels.
  • Checking and ensuring that the site is arranged as per the site management and that all measures are taken for site safety and the safety of the third parties in the vicinity of the site.
  • Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and followed to the full extent and prepare weekly report and suggest and instruct additional safety measures if needed.
  • Preparation of list of critical items and its close monitoring.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by management from time to time.
3) C&S Supervisor Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years hands‑on working experience in Building Construction or fast‑track project.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, architectural or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the construction market environment and historic trends.
  • Basic understanding of the operations and processes in the construction industry.
4) PROJECT ENGINEER Job Responsibilities
  • Involving in overall project planning from conception to completion stage.
  • To assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, tractable and coordinated interpretations of the designs/drawings for construction.
  • To check and recommend solution to the design documents problems, including conflicts, interferences, discrepancies, and errors/omissions.
  • To liaise with all the consultants and or clients in expediting drawings and related information.
  • To liaise with consultants, and subcontractors in terms of scheduling, designing, budgeting, quality control approval and progress claim certifications.
  • To coordinate, control all the architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil and structural construction works on site.
  • To ensure projects are executed according to the specifications, schedules and safety requirements.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by management from time to time.
4) PROJECT ENGINEER Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture or other related discipline.
  • At least 5 years working experience in related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Possess sound knowledge and experience in able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, excellent client‑facing skills, ability to motivate team to meet tight deadline.
  • A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
