• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform all production equipment and test equipment programs conversions and set up.
• Carry out preventive maintenance for all production equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues as they occur during production.
