Preventive Maintenance (PM) Leadership
  • Lead the PM team in planning, scheduling, and executing preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime, improve reliability, and maintain optimal operational efficiency.
MOE1 Core Team Membership
  • Serve as the Competency Network (CN) member for MOE1 on Conveyor Modules (COM) and Smart Resource Manager (SRM), ensuring alignment with global standards and project milestones.
TPM & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities through Lean methodologies, fostering a culture of ownership, standardization, and continuous improvement within the SMT area.
Predictive Maintenance Strategy
  • Support the development and deployment of predictive maintenance programs using condition monitoring, data trends, and failure pattern analysis to optimize equipment uptime and lifecycle performance.
IDC Internal Defect Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Assist in conducting structured root cause analysis for SMT IDC (In-Depth Capability) performance gaps and quality defects, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
FMEA & Control Plan Support

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean, FMEA, and predictive maintenance methodologies.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone, 8D).
  • Experience coaching technicians and managing maintenance teams.
  • Familiarity with SMT platforms (e.g., Panasonic ASM) and conveyor/SRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
