Our MNC client who is one of the leading electronics products manufacturers. They are hiring for a detailed and responsible candidate to fill their current job opening of SMT Process Engineer to be based at Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

Job Description

• Process Engineer will be responsible for evaluating, implementing and monitoring processes and operating systems for the SMT department.
• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
• Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and rollout new procedures.
• Evaluates, implements, and monitors SMT processes and operating systems.
• Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
• Monitors and improves efficiency, output, and safety of manufacturing processes.
• Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
• Assembles reports to document process status and changes and conducts risk assessments.
• Communicates with supervisors and peers to resolve issues.
• Participates in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvement.
• Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (EE, ME, or Engineering Technology) or equivalent experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT designation).
• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in electronic manufacturing environment.
• Experience in SMT process and equipment analysis.
• Familiar with RoHS, no-clean processes, IPC-610 & J-STD001 will be added advantage.
• Willing to work in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
