Qualifications

What You Will Lead As our SMT Engineering Manager, you will:

Lead a team of Process Engineers & Technicians in a state-of-the-art SMT facility

Drive process optimization, yield improvement & automation initiatives

Oversee NPI from DFM to mass production readiness

Ensure world-class quality, OEE and production stability

Collaborate closely with China counterparts on technical matters, equipment strategies & engineering projects

Champion Lean, Kaizen and advanced manufacturing excellence

Who We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing Engineering

8–12 years experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing

Strong technical exposure to SMT processes, AOI/AXI, ICT/FCT, test coverage, DOE, SPC, PFMEA

Proven leadership experience (3–5 years managing engineers/technicians)

Hands-on experience with Fuji, Panasonic, Yamaha, Juki or ASM platforms

Strong communicator, problem solver and decision-maker

Experience in high-mix EMS or MNC environment is a strong advantage
