Requirements

  • The Veteran: 6+ years of high-performance sales experience in Business Banking or Direct Lending. You know the SME landscape inside out.

  • The Connector: You have an existing, active "Black Book" of SME contacts and B2B networks. You don't just make calls; you make introductions.

  • The Closer: You possess superior negotiation skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • The Agitator: You are self-motivated and goal-oriented. You thrive in hybrid setups and don't need hand-holding.

  • The Credential: Bachelor’s degree holder (or equivalent).
